Pork Chops Dijon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops, cut 3/4-inch thick
    2 Tbsp. bottled Italian dressing
    2 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 small onion, sliced
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from chops.
    In a small bowl, combine salad dressing, mustard and pepper.
    Brush both sides of chops with mixture.
    In a 12-inch skillet, cook chops in vegetable oil, covered, over medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
    Turn chops; add sliced onions.
    Cook, covered, 5 to 10 minutes or until meat is tender.
