Meat Loaf Italian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    3/4 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Combine beef, egg, oats and onion with 1/3 cup of the tomato sauce, salt, oregano and pepper.
    Mix well and shape into a flat rectangle about 10 x 12-inch on waxed paper.
    Sprinkle cheese in center of rectangle.
    Roll like a jelly roll and press ends of roll to seal.
    Place in shallow baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Drain off excess fat.
    Pour on remaining tomato sauce.
    Bake an additional 15 minutes.
