Oven Hamburger Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1 small onion
4 carrots, sliced
3 potatoes, sliced
1 can tomato soup
1 c. water
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Brown hamburger and onion.
Add raw carrots and potatoes.
Mix soup and water and pour over meat and vegetables.
Bake in 2-quart casserole for two hours at 300\u00b0.
