Crunchy Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced peeled peaches
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. ground ginger
    3/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 c. cold butter
    3/4 c. old-fashioned oats
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 unbaked pie shell (10-inch)
Preparation
    Place oven rack in lowest position and preheat oven to 400\u00b0. In a large bowl, toss peaches with sugar, tapioca and lemon juice. Let stand for 20 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.
