Weight Watchers Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    1 can orange diet Shasta soft drink
    1 small can drained unsweetened crushed pineapple
    2 pkg. Equal sugar substitute
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup boiling water.
    Add orange drink, pineapple and Equal.
    Chill in refrigerator until congealed.
    Can also add 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese.
