Green Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans small green peas, drained
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. pimento, chopped
    1 stick margarine, chipped
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    black pepper to taste
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or Velveeta
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except the cheese.
    Pour into baking dish and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven and add cheese.
    Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted.
