Whole Wheat Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    2 packets (1/4 oz. each) active dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    2 c. white flour
Preparation
    In 2-quart bowl, combine water, yeast, oil and salt.
    Stir. Add flour (whole wheat first), one cup at a time, until it forms a ball that can be kneaded.
    Knead for 2 minutes.
    Return dough to bowl and coat with small amount of oil.
    Cover with cloth and let stand to rise in a warm place until doubled in size (20 to 30 minutes).
    Spread into 12 x 18-inch oiled cookie sheet.
    Top with tomato sauce and favorite toppings.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
