Escalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream corn
    2 Tbsp. onion
    1/2 pkg. cracker crumbs
    1 egg (beaten)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Place into a greased casserole dish and place a little butter on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour covered and 1/2 hour uncovered.
