Never Fail Dumplins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
5 Tbsp. cold water
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. oil or shortening
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Knead on floured board.
Roll out very thin and let stand 10 minutes.
Cut into 1-inch strips and drop into boiling liquid of chicken.
Let cook 5 to 6 minutes and dip out.
Repeat until all are cooked.
Serve hot with chicken.
