Festive Yams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked, mashed yams
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 beaten eggs
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
1/3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
-
Combine first 7 ingredients, mixing well.
Spoon into lightly greased 8-inch square pan.
Combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle on top of yams.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until brown.
