2 very ripe bananas
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts, chopped fine
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
Puree the bananas.
Beat sugar and oil.
Beat in bananas and vanilla. Combine with dry ingredients and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake until light brown.
