4-Day Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    4 1/2 oz. evaporated milk
    bread crumbs
    oil
Preparation
    Combine eggs, garlic powder, salt, pepper and evaporated milk. Marinate chicken in mixture for 4 days, covered, and refrigerated.
    On the fourth day, discard mixture and roll the chicken in bread crumbs.
    Deep fry in oil until golden brown. Good hot or cold.
