Dianne'S Cocktail Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 c. crushed corn flakes
2 eggs
1/3 c. parsley flakes
2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. ketchup
1 (1 lb.) can cranberry sauce
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
Preparation

Combine first 9 ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended and smooth.
Roll into meatballs about the size of walnuts.
Place on cookie sheet.
Combine remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Spoon mixture over meatballs.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 and then place in a crock-pot to keep warm.
Makes about 80 meatballs.
