Cherry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 large can pineapple, drained
    1 large carton Cool Whip
    1 large can Eagle Brand milk
Preparation
    Mix together and freeze.
    Strawberry pie filling may be substituted for cherry pie filling and you can add 1 cup chopped pecans if you wish.
    Chill until slightly thickened. This takes about 1 hour.
    Gelatin should be consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
    Can be frozen.
