Bass Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bass
    salt and pepper, to taste
    garlic powder, to taste
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. pickle relish
    2 Tbsp. jalapeno sauce
Preparation
    Cook bass in boiling water seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder for about 15 minutes.
    Drain and cool for about an hour.
    Add mayonnaise, pickle relish and jalapeno sauce; mix well and refrigerate overnight.
