Maja Blanca(Corn Pudding) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 can coconut milk
    1 can evaporated milk
    3/4 c. white sugar or to taste
    1 c. water to melt cornstarch
    5 drops yellow coloring
    1 c. cornstarch
    roasted sweet dehydrated coconut and cheese (for topping, optional)
Preparation
    Cook, in saucepan, all the ingredients, except cornstarch.
    Add cornstarch, melted in 1 cup of water, to thicken mixture.
    Pour in a cooking dish or pan and let set to cool.
    Sprinkle with roasted coconut and shredded cheese, if desired, when halfway cold.
