Carolina Corn Dogs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Dry off hot dogs and put them on a stick.
    Combine all ingredients for batter.
    Dip hot dogs in batter and fry in hot grease.
    Makes 10 cups of batter.
