Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. cooked or canned pumpkin
1/2 c. salad oil
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. each: nutmeg, salt and cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. water
1 c. raisins and 1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine sugars, pumpkin, oil and eggs.
Add flour and spices gradually to sugar mixture.
Stir in water and add raisins and nuts.
Pour into well-greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 to 75 minutes.
