Mushroom Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained and chopped
    2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    2 Tbsp. Swiss or other white cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/8 tsp. rosemary leaves, crumbled
    6 slices white bread, crust removed
    softened butter
Preparation
    Mix together mushrooms, bacon, cheese, parsley, rosemary and mayonnaise.
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Butter bread lightly.
    Then cut each slice into 4 squares.
    Place squares buttered side down on a cookie sheet.
    Spoon small amount of mushroom mixture onto each square.
    Bake 5 minutes and serve hot.
    Makes 24 canapes.
