Five Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 c. celery, cut up
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
    6 cut up carrots
    3 onions, sliced thin
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 1/2 c. Burgundy wine
    1 pkg. frozen peas
Preparation
    If desired, add thinly sliced potatoes in the beginning.
