Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. frozen or fresh rhubarb (6 stalks)
    2 shallow pie shells
Preparation
    Sift flour and sugar together.
    Add egg.
    Slot bottom pie shell.
    Add rhubarb; pour mixture over rhubarb, covering well. Cover with second shell; slot air holes.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes, or until golden brown.
