Easy Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

48 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1 c. water
2 c. (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat sauce and water.
Mix together cheeses and spices.
Spoon mixture into uncooked manicotti.
Pour 1 cup sauce into bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Arrange filled manicotti in single layer over sauce.
Pour remaining sauce over manicotti.
Cover with foil.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 10 minutes longer.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
