Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can cream-style corn
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream (can use nonfat)
1/4 stick margarine
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation

Melt margarine in casserole dish.
Mix other ingredients together.
Pour into dish. Bake 45 to 60 minutes (covered, then remove cover toward end) at 350\u00b0.
