Hot Milk Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. scalded milk
Preparation
    Beat sugar with eggs, then flour and baking powder.
    Pour milk in slowly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
