Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bunch broccoli (abut 1 lb. or 6 c.)
    1 small red or green onion, chopped
    1/4 to 1/2 c. raisins
    8 slices bacon (about 1/3 lb.)
Preparation
    Cut bacon into small pieces and fry until crisp.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Cut broccoli into small flowers.
    Chop some of the stems so salad has some crunch.
    Mix with onions and raisins.
    At serving time, toss with the following dressing and add bacon.
