Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. meal
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix sugar and eggs; beat well.
    Add butter, meal and flour, then add lemon juice.
    Pour into 1 unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
