Chocolate Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded peeled zucchini (1 medium)
    1/2 c. baking cocoa
    2 1/2 c. flor
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Combine dry ingredients; add to zucchini mixture and mix well.
    Pour into 2 greased 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until bread tests done (2 loaves).
    Batter can also be baked in round cans.
