Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 medium grated onion
    1 grated carrot
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 (4 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farms dressing mix
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Wash, cut up squash, cook until tender and drain thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients, saving half of dressing mix for topping.
    Mix well and pour into greased casserole dish, sprinkle remaining dressing mix on top and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
