Creamy Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    In large bowl mix butter, shortening, sugar and vanilla.
    Mix on high until light and fluffy; set aside.
    Mix the flour and milk (a little at a time) in small pan.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick.
    Let completely cool.
    When cool, add to the sugar mixture and beat on high for 3 to 5 minutes (no longer).
