Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. scalded milk
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. melted margarine
1 c. uncooked macaroni
1 1/2 c. cubed Velveeta
1/2 tsp. salt
3 slightly beaten eggs
Preparation

Scald milk and pour over bread crumbs in bowl.
Add onion, pimento and margarine.
Meanwhile, cook macaroni until soft.
Add cheese and salt to milk
mixture.
Add slightly beaten eggs and macaroni.
Fill a greased 9 x 12-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
