Pigs-In-A-Blanket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    2 lb. hamburger
    tomato juice
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. salt
    cabbage leaves
Preparation
    Mix raw hamburger, raw sausage, rice, garlic salt and salt together.
    Carefully take cabbage leaves off and blanch them in boiling water until pliable.
    Shape meat mixture into rolls, about 3 x 1 1/2-inches.
    Roll into cabbage leaf and place in a Dutch oven roaster.
    Cover with tomato juice and cook over low heat for about 3 hours.
