Moist Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. whipped margarine
3 c. sugar
9 eggs
3 c. flour
1 (3 1/2 oz.) flaked coconut
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream margarine and sugar together, adding sugar gradually.
Cream thoroughly to incorporate air. When sugar mixture is light and fluffy, add eggs, one at a time. Alternately add flour and coconut, blending well. Bake in a greased and sugared loaf pan for 1 1/2 hours.
