Asparagus Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 slices bread (thin sliced)
    8 oz. cream cheese
    3 oz. Bleu cheese
    1 egg
    2 sticks margarine
    1 pkg. frozen asparagus spears, cooked as pkg. directs and well drained
Preparation
    Trim crusts from bread.
    Roll lightly.
    Make mixture of cream cheese, Bleu cheese and egg.
    Spread cheese mixture evenly on the bread.
    Place 1 asparagus spear on each slice. Roll up and dip quickly in melted margarine.
    Quick freeze on cookie sheet.
    Cut in threes and store in freezer in plastic bags.
    When ready to serve, put frozen pieces on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes or longer.
    Makes 75.
