Fruited Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked chicken, cut into cubes
    3/4 c. finely diced celery or 2 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/4 c. seedless grapes, halved
    1 1/4 c. apples, diced in small cubes with peeling
    1/3 c. sliced or slivered almonds
    1 small carton nonfat vanilla yogurt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 small can pineapple tidbits
Preparation
    Cook chicken and cut into small cubes.
    In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients until thoroughly coated with yogurt.
    Use scoop to spoon onto lettuce leaves.
    Sprinkle with paprika or additional almonds just before serving.
    Adjust yogurt accordingly. May need more or less depending on desired consistency.
