Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy; add sugar, vegetable oil and zucchini and add vanilla.
    Mix lightly but well.
    Combine flour, salt, baking powder, soda and cinnamon.
    Add to egg-zucchini mixture.
    Stir until well blended.
    Add nuts and pour into two well-greased loaf pans.
    Bake one hour at 350\u00b0 or until top springs back when lightly pressed.
