Quick Peach (Fruit) Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. self-rising flour
    4 c. sliced peaches (fruit)
    1 c. milk
    2 c. sugar, divided
Preparation
    Melt butter
    in
    13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Combine flour, 1 cup sugar and milk; mix well.
    Pour over melted butter, but do not stir.
    In
    a
    saucepan, combine fruit and remaining sugar and bring to a boil.
    Pour over batter, but do not stir.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
