Round Steak Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, 1/2-inch cubes (venison or elk may be used)
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 can (16 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 can mushrooms
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil.
    Add onion and garlic.
    Cook until limp. Turn into 2-quart baking dish.
    Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
    Bake, uncovered, in 300\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
