Cherry Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cherry chip cake mix
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. oil
    2/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1 small box cherry jello
Preparation
    Beat the eggs well and add oil, water and extract.
    Beat at high speed, a little to mix, then add dry jello and cake mix. Beat 1 minute at medium speed.
    Pour in well-greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake as directed on package at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Cool thoroughly and split in 2 layers.
