Fettucini With Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    8 oz. pkg. shrimp
    1/2 c. green onions
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    3 medium tomatoes, diced
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. dry white wine
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    3 Tbsp. basil leaves
    3 c. cooked fettucini
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat oil; add shrimp and saute 2 minutes.
    Remove and set aside.
    In same pan, saute onions, garlic, tomatoes and pepper 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add wine and cook over low heat 2 to 3 minutes. Combine cornstarch and yogurt; add to skillet.
    Add basil.
    Return shrimp to skillet; cook 3 to 4 minutes until mixture is thickened. To serve, place 1/2 cup fettucini on plates; top with shrimp mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Makes about 6 servings.
