Father'S Day Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    Hudson Cream flour
    3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Melt butter in biscuit pan.
Use enough flour to mix with the buttermilk to make dough.
Stir with fork just until moistened. Too much stirring makes the biscuits tough.
Gather dough together with hands and knead 3 to 4 times.
Pat or roll out to 1/2 to 3/4-inch thickness on a floured surface.
(A back and forth rolling motion makes the biscuits tough.)
Cut into biscuits with a 2 to 3-inch biscuit cutter or top of a glass that's been dipped into flour.
(Do not twist the cutter, the biscuits won't rise as high.) Dip biscuits into butter in the pan.
Turn each biscuit over so the buttered side is up.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 425\u00b0 or until golden brown on top.
Serve with a big smile and a big hug to your favorite guy for Father's Day!
