Cheeseburger Upside Down Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound ground beef
    1 8 oz. can tomato soup
    1/4 chopped onion
    1 cup shredded cheese
    1 tablespoon flour
    1 can biscuits
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Oil
    1/4 cup catsup
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion in oil in skillet.
    Add flour, salt and pepper.
    Stir in catsup and tomato sauce.
    Cook a little longer, Stirring until thickened.
    Pour into a 8 X 8 X 2 inch pan.
    Top with cheese.
    Shape each biscuit into a 4 inch stick.
    Arrange over cheese.
    Bake in hot oven at 425 for 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are brown.
