Fruit Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in its own juice), drained, reserving 2 Tbsp.
    2 c. cabbage, finely shredded
    1/2 c. carrots, finely shredded
    2/3 c. apple, finely chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
    1 Tbsp. honey or 3 single packets of Equal
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Combine 2 tablespoons pineapple juice with oil, sweetener, lemon juice and ginger. Mix well.
