Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 slices dry crumbled bread
    1 lb. sauteed and drained bulk sausage
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on the top.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, or bake for 30 minutes and then freeze. When ready to use; completely thaw and then bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
