Pineapple Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 flat can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small box lemon jello
    1 c. boiling water
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. nuts
    1 (8 or 9 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Boil together the first three ingredients for 3 minutes.
    Mix jello and water and add to pineapple mixture.
    When it starts to congeal add shredded cheese.
    Add nuts and fold in Cool Whip.
    This is delicious.
    Makes a big salad.
    Can be made the day before it is served.
