Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. Niblets, drained
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp or extra sharp Cheddar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheese in order given.
    Pour half the batter into a hot, well-greased iron skillet.
    Sprinkle half the cheese over the batter.
    Add remaining mixture and top with remainder of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
