Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 doz. eggs
    1 lb. sausage
    1 1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed or 16 oz. shredded Cheddar
    salt and pepper
    1/2 stick (1/4 c.) margarine or butter in slices
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Mix all eggs in large bowl or blender.
    Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam (or whatever you use).
    Pour in mixed eggs, browned sausage and cheese.
    Add butter, salt and pepper, stir around.
    Bake around 40 minutes (until firm).
