Roast Beef Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen snow pea pods or fresh, cooked 2 to 3 minutes in boiling water
    4 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. fresh oregano or thyme (1 tsp. dried)
    2 lb. rare roast beef, cut into 1/2-inch strips
    1 (8 oz.) can beets, drained and grated
    1 bunch green onions
Preparation
    Toss all together and add dressing.
