Hotsie-Totsie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans green chili peppers, roasted or toasted and peeled
    1 Tbsp. chili pepper juice
    2 large eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Drain peppers; cut into pieces.
    Put in pie pan (9 or 10-inch buttered).
    Mix eggs to blend.
    Add milk.
    Sprinkle cheese over peppers.
    Pour on eggs and milk.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Serve warm or hot with crackers.
