Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    2/3 c. water
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender.
    Add salt, flour, shortening and water in bowl and mix well.
    Work flour until easy to handle. Roll dough thin.
    Cut into squares and drop into boiling chicken broth.
