Shanghai Roasted Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hoisin sauce*
    1 c. applesauce
    1 c. duck sauce
    1 c. sweet and sour sauce
    fresh chicken wings
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients together and stir.
    Wash and disjoint fresh chicken wings.
    Fry them in 350\u00b0 oil for about 5 to 8 minutes or until a crunchy brown.
    Or roast them in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes until a golden brown.
